Bill 25, also known as the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information, is an important step in preserving citizens' privacy and regulating the collection and use of personal information. This law aims to give individuals greater control over their personal data, thereby reinforcing the transparency and accountability of organizations in the management of this sensitive information. The Foundation has adopted a policy on this subject.
