Youth Wing

After completing doctoral and postdoctoral research training in sleep medicine and aging epidemiology, Andrée-Ann Baril currently holds a position as an assistant professor under grant at the Department of Medicine at the University of Montreal. Her laboratory which is located at the Center for Advanced Studies in Sleep Medicine at the Montreal Sacré-Cœur Hospital, focuses on studying sleep disorders as a risk factor for Alzheimer's disease, an area in which the Foundation has a significant impact. Andrée-Ann is dedicated to sharing knowledge and raising awareness to promote quality sleep among the general population. It is with great pleasure that she joins the youth wing committee.

Ariane Boyer holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Montreal and has been practicing for over two years as a civil and commercial litigation lawyer at BCF Business Law. Actively involved academically, socially and within the community since her CEGEP years, she sought to reconnect with her community and found a meaningful way to do so through her dedicated involvement to the Youth Wing of the Montreal Sacré-Cœur Hospital Foundation. Ariane is an avid runner and skier, enjoys cooking new recipes, and loves watching sports documentaries on Netflix.

Claude-Sophie Boies is a law student at Stikeman Elliott. Before starting her law studies at the University of Montreal, she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance at the John Molson School of Business. Currently at l’École du barreau du Québec, Claude-Sophie wishes to invest in the Foundation in order to promote a renowned hospital as well as to promote the importance of philanthropy among young professionals.

Salvatore Crivello, is an Italian-Canadian entrepreneur based in Montreal, recognized for his contributions to real estate, civil engineering, and his community. Coming from a modest background, he turned life’s challenges into opportunities through determination and strategic vision.

A finance graduate from ESG UQAM with honors in entrepreneurship, he specialized in the development, construction, and management of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, revitalizing numerous built spaces. Later, he contributed to major public and private infrastructure projects in the Greater Montreal area, showcasing his versatility and collaborative leadership.

In parallel, Salvatore founded the Sacrés-Jeunes, the Youth Wing of the Sacré-Cœur Hospital of Montreal, engaging young professionals to support various hospital departments while developing their skills.

His commitment to sustainable development and collective well-being illustrates the positive impact a visionary entrepreneur can have on their community.

Simon Dansereau is a private practice notary at his father’s firm, Mr. Gilles Dansereau, located near the Sacré-Coeur Hospital, which he will soon take over. His practice focuses on estate and real estate law, as well as drafting wills and protection mandates to meet the needs of a local loyal clientele.

Born and raised in Cartierville, where he continues to live and work, Simon is involved with the Sacré-Jeunes to give back to his community. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hiking, cycling, kayaking, and downhill skiing.

He holds a bachelor's degree in communication (B.A.) with a concentration in journalism from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM), as well as a bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) and a master's degree in notarial law (LL.M.), both from the Université de Montréal.

Laurence Desgens is an associate at Hazelview Investments, specializing in the raising of capital for private and public real estate funds across Eastern Canada. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal.

Curious, ambitious, and driven, she contributes to several strategic projects within the company. Dedicated to promoting diversity among women in finance and real estate, Laurence is a proud member of CREW M and AFFQ.

She is also actively involved in philanthropic initiatives including the Sacré-Cœur Hospital Foundation of Montreal to encourage young professionals to get involved in philanthropy.

Lesley Kotnjek is a graduate of the John Molson School of Business, where she developed expertise in marketing and international business. Passionate about the digital world, she excels in developing execution plans for e-commerce and digital marketing strategies. Recognized by her boundless energy and analytical mind, Lesley is a professional who never backs down from a challenge.

Currently, she holds a full-time position at Lightspeed Commerce as the Affiliate Performance Marketing Manager, where she contributes to campaigns that drive growth. Alongside this, Lesley runs her own marketing agency specializing in social media management, helping businesses optimize their online presence and achieve their goals.

Marie Lalonde-Sauvé is a graduate of HEC Montréal and holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in finance. In 2019, she joined National Bank Financial as a wealth management advisor, demonstrating proactive listening with her clients, constant attention to stock market movements and an approach marked by empathy and authenticity. Marie finds great satisfaction in supporting her clients through the different stages of their lives.

Proud to be a woman in the financial sector, Marie is also a mentor in the Mentoring Program for young female students at National Bank Financial. She also devotes part of her time to philanthropy by getting involved with the Sacré-Jeunes of the Sacré-Cœur Hospital Foundation as well as the Gémini Foundation, an organization that helps families in the needed in the Laval region.

Outside of her work, Marie loves enjoying nature by engaging in outdoor sports such as hiking and road cycling. She is also a travel enthusiast and loves discovering new cultures.

As a professional passionate about marketing research, Camille Martel-Lamarre is a project manager at Callosum Marketing, an agency renowned for its quantitative studies, such as surveys, and qualitative research, including focus groups and interviews. Callosum is a trusted partner for several major Canadian brands.
Since joining, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with clients from various sectors, including insurance, healthcare, cosmetics, the pharmaceutical industry, media, and agri-food. She has developed expertise in concept evaluation, advertising measurement, and attitude and opinion studies.
Camille is proud to be part of the new cohort of the Youth Committee at the Sacré-Coeur Hospital Foundation and excited to contribute to this wonderful philanthropic mission.

Bruno Provencher holds the position of Chief of Staff at Sagard, an investment fund managing a portfolio of over 27 billion in assets. In his role, he directly assists the CEO of Sagard in planning and implementing strategic initiatives. Previously, Bruno worked as a consultant for Roland Berger, a globally renowned strategic consulting firm.

He holds a B.Com in Finance from McGill University

Holder of a master's degree in management (M. Sc.) specializing in market finance from HEC Montréal, Arnaud Sénéchal has developed solid experience in investment analysis and financial strategies within companies such as Mercer Canada and la Caisse de dépôt et de placements of Quebec. A member of the youth wing of the Montreal Sacré-Cœur Hospital Foundation, he combines financial expertise and community involvement to contribute to the organization's influence and mission.

Aside from his professional and philanthropic commitments, he is also an accomplished athlete, having won several national and provincial distinctions in tennis. Arnaud puts his varied skills and rigor at the service of the ambitious objectives of the youth wing of the Foundation, thus contributing to the continuous improvement of health care for the community.

With training in business strategy, Lancelot Silvestrin-Racine is an advisor for the Desjardins Investment Plan, working on the strategic planning of projects within the Mouvement Desjardins. While being involved in the education sector, Lancelot is happy to join the Sacrés-Jeunes, because he strongly believes in the importance of the next generation in philanthropy. Advocating a healthy and active lifestyle, Lancelot is an avid runner who you will find, in his free time, preparing for his next marathon.

Julia Tartaglia is a passionate young public relations professional with a background in fashion and a talent for building meaningful connections. Based in Montreal, she is excited to contribute her creativity and dedication to the Montreal Sacré-Coeur Hospital Foundation’s youth wing committee. Julia is committed to making a positive impact in her community, blending her expertise with a heartfelt desire to help others. Beyond her work and volunteering, she enjoys exploring wellness, culture and fashion, always with an eye for style and innovation.
