The Montréal Sacré-Coeur Hospital Foundation is pleased to welcome Ms. Louisa Belaïd as its new Senior Director of Administrative Services.
Ms. Belaïd, CPA, brings several years of experience in finance, administration and organizational management. Throughout her career, she has held various positions that have allowed her to develop strong expertise in financial management, budget planning, internal controls and auditing.
Over the course of her career, she has worked with organizations facing complex challenges. She has provided strategic advice to senior management and contributed to various organizational transformation and optimization projects, particularly within non-profit organizations. Recognized for her diligence, analytical skills and strategic vision, she stands out for her ability to develop practical solutions to the challenges she encounters. She believes that an organization’s success depends on effective management, team engagement and the creation of a collaborative work environment that fosters everyone's growth and development.
This new chapter in Ms. Belaïd’s career represents an opportunity to put her expertise to work in support of a meaningful mission while taking on new challenges. The human aspect of the role particularly resonates with her. “It is the combination of the mission, the people and the opportunity to make a difference that draws me in. Knowing that my work makes a tangible contribution to something greater than myself is incredibly motivating,” said Ms. Belaïd.
At a time when the Foundation is undertaking numerous organizational development initiatives, Ms. Julie Pouliot, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation, is delighted to welcome Ms. Belaïd’s skills and expertise to the leadership team.
“Ms. Belaïd is joining us in recognition of her experience delivering process modernization projects. Her diverse background in finance and change management will be a valuable asset as we implement effective, sustainable strategies to support the Foundation’s ambitions and future growth,” said Ms. Pouliot.
In her new role, Ms. Belaïd will help maximize the impact of donations for the benefit of patients at the Montréal Sacré-Coeur Hospital, the Albert-Prévost Mental Health Hospital and the Rivière-des-Prairies Mental Health Hospital.
