End of construction of the CIT, UME and Endoscopy Unit

It was yesterday, on July 14th, the long-awaited day, where the contractor officially handed over the keys to the new Integrated Trauma Center (CIT), the Mother-Child Unit (UME) and the Endoscopy Unit, over the emergency room of the Sacré-Coeur Hospital. The CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'Île-de-Montréal is now the proud owner of the premises. Patients should be admitted there come Fall 2021, the time to properly install the furniture, clean the building, make some final adjustments and allow the teams to take ownership of the premises.  The Foundation team wishes to take this opportunity to thank again the donors who made it possible to carry out the CIT and the UME thanks to donations totaling $12.4 million. While waiting for the grand official opening, here is a time-lapse video montage of the construction. Please note that this video is available in French only.
