This major campaign of solidarity and gratitude will transform the tree-lined pathway leading to the Hospital into a luminous display symbolizing the impact of every donation. Each light will represent a gift, while also serving as a testament to the support shown to patients, their families, healthcare professionals, and everyone who works tirelessly each day to advance care, research, and innovation.
For every $20 donation to Illuminons Sacré-Cœur, a light will shine along the pathway in front of the Hospital. Beyond illuminating the pathway, your gift will also help support improvements in care, research, and innovation for patients today and in the years to come.

Follow Lise Dion’s Lead and Let Your Support for Sacré-Cœur and Your Gratitude Shine
Three years ago, Lise Dion was on stage when she suffered a heart attack (myocardial infarction). Now fully recovered, she is choosing to express her heartfelt gratitude to the teams who cared for her by becoming the ambassador for the Illuminons Sacré-Cœur campaign.
Lise Dion shares the campaign’s first message of gratitude and invites you to join her in illuminating Sacré-Cœur.
“I was born twice at Sacré-Cœur! First, 71 years ago. Then again, three years ago. On November 3rd, 2023, I was on stage, unable to remember the beginning of my show. My heart had decided it needed a rest. When I arrived at Sacré-Cœur, they were waiting for me. Doctors. Nurses. Patient care attendants. This is where I underwent heart surgery with Dr. Schampaert. My cardiologist, Dr. Raja Hatem, and the entire team took wonderful care of me. Thanks to their expertise, dedication, and the innovative treatments I received, I am still here today. Three years later, I see this hospital differently. I don’t just see a building. I see a place where lives are changed. Where lives are saved and given a fresh start.

Illuminons Sacré-Cœur Brings the Business Community on Board, Too!
Louis St-Laurent’s connection with the Sacré-Cœur team dates back more than 20 years. It all began with episodes of fainting that led him to the emergency department several times. Despite numerous tests, doctors struggled to identify the cause of these blackouts. It was during a trip that physicians finally identified the problem: a blockage in his heart. Mr. St-Laurent subsequently began receiving cardiology care, including follow-up with Dr. Marcio Sturmer.
Grateful to the teams who supported him throughout his journey and convinced that great achievements stem from collective commitment, Mr. St-Laurent, CEO of Groupe Master, readily agreed to become a partner of Illuminons Sacré-Cœur. Together with Groupe Deschênes and Lumen, two companies operating in the same sector, they united around a common goal: to help Sacré-Cœur shine and support patient care, research, and innovation.
