This project consists of reinforcing the existing structure in Pavilion E to permit the addition of a second floor that will allow consolidation of outpatient consultations in the following specialties: Endocrinology, Dermatology, Day Surgery, Gastroenterology and Rheumatology. At the moment, patients have outpatient consultations in several areas of the hospital. This project will allow the addition of examining rooms and additional specialists.

Offer more services to clients of the outpatient clinics

- Improved access to outpatient clinics by creating 50 new air-conditioned offices
- Greatly reduced distances for older patients and those with reduced mobility
- Faster access to appointments with endocrinologists or gastroentérologists
- Quicker turn-around time for patients frequenting the Day Hospital
- Better preparation and simpler follow-up for patients undegoing bariatric surgery
